How long it will take to get the results ?

It will takes 10 – 15 working days after receiving the sample of the product.

In what format will the results be provided?

The results will be provided in PDF softcopy format and sent to you via email.

My product is a frozen food item. Can I send it over?

Yes, you may send it over. We will store it in a refrigerator upon receipt to maintain its quality.

How much sample is required for testing?

A minimum of 200 grams or 200 milliliters per sample is required.
