The MyChoice logo program is a great initiative by the Ministry of Health Malaysia to help provide a healthy environment for healthy eating.
It was actually a fitting response by the MOH due to the call for action for the food services industry to provide healthier options for their customers.
Hence, this has challenged many food businesses in Malaysia to earn this MyChoice logo for the sake of better business and to bring in more customers.
MyChoice Program Helps Improve the F&B Industry
Eating out is slowly resurfacing as a habit as the government has allowed fully vaccinated people to dine in safely.
But despite its convenience, eating out has its bad side. If you compare it to home-cooked meals, the food is higher in calories, sugar, fat, and salt.
Thus, F&B businesses with the MyChoice logo are at an advantage as it lets consumers know they are much healthier than those without the MyChoice logo.
